We want you to be happy! If you're purchase isn't right for you, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Please ensure the item is as new and in it's original, undamaged packaging, and you include proof of purchase. We will process the refund withing 1 - 2 days of receiving your return.
Customers will be responsible for any shipping charges on change or mind returns. Pets Wonderland is not liable for any loss or damage to your return during transit, so we suggest you use registered post so the parcel can be tracked. If it's easier, you can also return your item to your closest Pets Wonderland store for processing.
If the item you ordered is faulty, please contact customer service on 03 9510 4919 or admin@petswonderland.com.au and we will assist with repairing, replacing or refunding your item.
