The First Franchise of Pets Wonderland was established in 2006 and Mikaela has been involved in the "hands on" role in the management of the Franchise from that date.
Current business role: Mikaela is responsible for:
- Overseeing the operation managers and store performance
- Products sold in each Pets Wonderland store
- Business opportunity evaluation and assessment
- Advice to the managers of each Pets Wonderland store as to new products and purchasing of products

Prior Experience: Between October 1992 - November 2004 John's Company J & K Enterprises Pty Ltd was the Master Franchisee (all divisions) for Victoria. Under John's management his company developed and expanded the VIP Network from 32 franchisees and one division to 250 franchisees over six divisions. John personally developed and implemented the VIP national call centre and was instrumental in the development of the VIP brand of Franchise from 1-6 home services divisions.
Current business role: John is responsible for:
- Evaluating business opportunities for expansion of Franchise system
- Further develop and implement franchise merchandising, evaluate and participate in Real Estate selection for locations for future expansion of Franchise
- Develop and implement central reporting system, control systems, accounts operation and quality control
- Review and expand operations training manual, source, organise and attend Franchise trade shows
- Provide advice to managers of the Company stores and franchise proprietors
